1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar browser storage help websites remember state, keep users signed in, protect sessions and improve product reliability.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (no consent required)
- Authentication, session refresh and route protection.
- Preference storage for locale, theme and product state where needed.
- Security and operational signals used to protect the service.
- Error and reliability signals via Sentry when enabled in your environment.
Analytics (requires your consent)
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page usage and performance.
- PostHog product analytics to understand product usage and improve reliability.
3. Cookie choices
When you first visit Primeportal, a cookie preference banner lets you accept or reject non-essential analytics. Strictly necessary cookies are always used so sign-in, security and core product flows continue to work.
If you reject non-essential analytics, PostHog and Vercel analytics are not loaded in your browser. Rejecting analytics does not disable essential error logging needed to keep the service reliable.
For active workspace users, limited server-side product telemetry may still occur to operate the service under our contract with your organisation. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
4. Third-party services
Primeportal may rely on providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, Sentry and PostHog. These services may set or process technical signals when their functionality is used, for example authentication, billing, email delivery or AI tasks.
5. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, workspace access or security flows from working correctly.
6. Related privacy information
For more detail about how Primeportal processes data, see the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to post@primestreak.no.
