By creating an account, joining a workspace or using Primeportal, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Primeportal is a Brand Operations System. It helps users structure brand and project context, use Marshi and AI-assisted workflows, and publish or manage brand-aware outputs across enabled modules.

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting the right users and assigning appropriate roles.
• You must not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, role checks, rate limits or other security controls.

You retain ownership of the brand data, project data, assets, prompts, drafts and outputs you add to Primeportal. You grant Primeportal the rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content so the product can work.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload or connect to Primeportal is lawful and that you have the rights needed to use it.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific use. Primeportal is designed to improve brand consistency, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending or relying on them.

• Do not use Primeportal to create or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with product availability.
• Do not use Primeportal to process sensitive personal data unless your agreement and use case allow it.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations and invoices are handled through the billing flow available in Primeportal when billing is enabled. Third-party payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms.

Primeportal may change as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, limited, paused or removed when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or product quality.
